Nice spot

Cute little spot, clean, accessible to many stores and restaurants. Love that it’s pet friendly and they have a nice little dog park area for guests. Stayed here 3 times and it’s our go to spot for the affordability and access to several locations. Rooms are nice and clean, only complaint is beds are a little too high off the ground, but otherwise comfortable and cozy, definitely recommend.

I came to this hotel many times over the last 3 years. It's very disappointing that the hot tub was not very hot and also that they changed the 15-minute timer for the hot tub to a 5-minute timer. This is not customer friendly.

Nicely remodeled and up to date interiors. Good cell and laptop charging options in the room. Love the microwave and mini-refrig. Great 24 hr coffee machine and filtered water available. Lots of parking, including large spaces for trailers and RVs. Will definitely plan to stay again if we pass thru Flagstaff.

The front desk employee was very nice and helpful, and I had a good experience checking in, the only thing that I was disappointed about is that I was promised a room with a balcony and that didn't happen and my grandson was looking forward to it but I was too tired to complain about it so I told him that if we ever stay here again I will make sure we get a balcony before we unload our bags needless to say he wasn't happy about it 😞

Easy access from Interstate 40. Located central to food, shopping, and outdoor activities. Greeted warmly. Check-in went smoothly. Room clean and comfortable. I was able to sleep without disturbance or noises from other guests. There is plenty of hot water to shower. It was a great stay overall!

Need to provide proper sheets for the bed. No fitted sheets were on the mattresses which allows the sheets to come off the bed while sleeping. This is a recurring issue at this facility.

Would stay again

Went to Flagstaff for the Snow Park. It was conveniently located. The beds and linens were good. It was nice that they didn’t have carpet with the mud from the snow. It’s an older hotel that has been renovated by an independent owner I believe. So good to support local business. Kids enjoyed it. Just be aware there are no elevators if you stay on the 2nd story. Quite.

Will definitely stay again.

We had driven 14hrs and it was time to stop. It was affordable, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the parking lot was dark not well lite.
