I was a bit thrown back by the video check-in but the guy was super pleasant. Rooms are pretty nice - considerably better than I expect for a motel 6, so studio is a definite upgrade. The area is a little industrial and that had me slightly concerned about parking, but once I got around Flag a bit, I realized its still pretty much in the middle of town, just kind of "around the corner".

Check in was fine until they started going over rules. They have a thing about smokers. I understand a motel needs to be smoke free as well as common areas. But to say I can’t have a smoke in the parking lot or I’ll be charged. Rude and unnecessary.
