I liked the clean updated lobby & friendly staff. The lobby had spacious seating and large screen TV. We enjoyed the Grand Canyon brewery & distillery next to the hotel. Our room was clean and updated. We enjoyed Dove products while taking hot shower. We did not have time to use pool & workout center, but this was a nice amenity.

Breakfasts were kind of gross, the eggs were horrible, potatoes were cold, and the bacon was also gross. I expect more from a hotel like this one. The room was dusty as if the maids don't do a thorough job. Overall, eh, it was alright but, again, I booked this for the breakfast(s) which were very substandard for a hotel of this stature.

Met our needs for a comfortable stay on our trip to the Grand Canyon. We used the gym, pool, Jacuzzi and the free breakfast was a nice addition. It's walking distance to the small town of Williams where they're are historic shopping and other tourists route 66 themed shopping and dining. If you want to be close to major shopping options, then Flagstaff Az, is a better option about 30 minutes away.

Our stay was great! The only issue we had was the room kept making this weird loud clicking noise but eventually stopped. Our tv wasn’t working but the front desk rep came over and fixed it which was great. The room was clean and comfortable. It met our expectations and the breakfast was good as well. Overall it was a good stay.
