The manager was very rude. I asked for a late check-out when I was checking in and it was the manager who agreed. The next morning staff came in 45 minutes before the agreed on check out and the manager said they never allow late check outs and he doesn't know who we spoke to about this.. and he said I should know how to read a clock and shouldn't still be there. So so so rude and frustrating.

The first room smelled of body odor. The second reeked of cigarette smoke. The third is ok but no plug for the tub so no bath. The pool was gross. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Awful experience! Never going to come back! Not enough blankets! The room was freezing and cold the heater was not on at this time of year ! It took 3 hrs for room to slightly gets warm! The room was in excellent condition. But the mechanicals that were right next to our room, made noise all night long as if a large door was being opened and shut with force. We would fall asleep and then immediately wake up continuously all night long. The gentleman behind the front desk, however, was very nice, when we first checked in.
