The room had a strong smell that was overpowering. The highway noise made it difficult to sleep even with earplugs, and there was a water running/dripping noise in the corner by the door.

No knowledge of Service Dogs

The guy at the counter was ignorant of ADA laws regarding service dogs. Not only was he wrong, he raised his voice at me in an attempt to convince me of his fabricated version of what he called "federal law"and insisted my service dog was required to have a certified service dog ID. DO NOT BOTHER STAYING HERE IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE DOG. He was rude, wrong, and arrogant in his ignorance.

Extremely dirty!!! $126 for hair on towels, bed, floor, sink… dirty sheets, dirty curtains, stains on walls, dirty fridge, tape with paint on the walls, food on the chair, stains everywhere, hair everywhere, dirty floor… nothing compared to what’s being advertised.

Not at all a Quality Stay, Regular Inn Stay

Restroom door didn’t closed, room located where there was no parking- had to park clear on other side of building, lighting to leave your vehicle wasn’t that great.., unsure about how safe to leave it overnight. When I first was about to check in- no one available to help me- I got there 3:15 to check in , had to wait at least 10 mins for someone to arrive and help. Rm decor is old.

I get the whole “you get what you pay for” but I remember when Quality Inn was a nice place to stay. Blood stains on the mattress and covered with a mattress protector and the sheets… sorry but I check mattresses because I don’t need to lay on any surprises. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here!!! I couldn’t even stay the 2nd night and still paid for it. Maybe it can go towards a new mattress. -Room 144

My wife locked in bathroom

Got into a very heated argument with the owner after requesting to be moved to a different room after my wife got locked in the bathroom. The door knob to the door was damaged, the repair was poorly made. I couldn't believe how i was treated, i was a regular visitor to the hotel but i will never return. The owner cares more about his profit than his customers. During our argument, he looked at me like he wanted to get physical with me. The man has a very short fuse, something very minor will set him off
