We enjoyed the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. But it was clearly behind on maintenance: Dishes and dishwasher dirty No conditioner liquid in shower dispenser. Sofa cover dirty Upper shelf in closet was sticky Duct tape holding carpet down at tile Dripping water in shower (south bedroom) Corner beading mostly detached near front door 1 of remotes didn't work (corroded battery?) Phone would not call front desk Pancake maker broken on 2nd morning (that's a big deal with 3 kids!) Lots of dog poop in grassy areas and dog park No poop pickup bags in dispenser Like I said, just lots of everyday maintenance items that weren't taken care of. Won't return to this property because of that.

This property was good. I liked that it was pet friendly and had a small kitchen if you need it. It was nice they offered a breakfast and had some necessary stuff on site for longer stays like clothes washer/dryer and computer printer. The rooms are probably converted apartments . It was very basic and dated. it’s also 10 minutes out of town. it was good value.

The property is in need of maintenance inaide and out. Brrakfast, while the employees were great (!), the food quality was disappointing. The fitnesss center gets a -1. Awful and there is no excuse for it. Machines broken. Weights missing. If you workout avoid this property. Its all about pride of ownership & investment which is obviously lacking. Great employees though!

I love the great space of the room. The rug was worn and needs replacement. They did not explain the housekeeping rules. So our trash needed to be emptied. Nice staff and grounds.
