The staff are always friendly and the main area is nice. The rooms are outdated so I do think it would be nice for them to update the rooms, especially the bathrooms.
Beds are not comfortable, could hear people talking from the next room over.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
We stayed in the units across the street from the main hotel. It was fine for one night but I wouldn't want to stay there much longer than that. The pillows were terrible and mattress could be replaced. It had laminate, which was much better than the dirty carpet older hotels have. The walls were very thin, you could hear kids running around, dogs parking and the traffice driving by. It didnt feel dirty but could use a little TLC.

We booked online and arrived at 9pm which was dark. Found out this was not the place we are to stay. The place I book according to the employee was their motel not the hotel but the address 214 Lincoln street was on my booking. The employee told me to go around the bldg - make a left - go under an overpass and turn left again. I asked for the road name to put in the GPS and she says it doesn’t have a road name. I asked do you have a room here and she said yes for $10 more. We took it. We can see the bldg this morning abd sees that it is across the highway from the hotel. Last night there was no signage lit up and we didn’t see it. I think you should make note that you check in at the hotel (as I was told this) but have to go to the motel. We stayed the night at the HOTEL. Room was acceptable with an issue trying to plug in a sleep apnea machine. Both plugs behind the nightstand but the headboard must be screwed to the wall as we couldn’t push it over but the bed would move over - the plug on the machine is an angle plug and because the headboard was on the side of the receptacle we had to force the plug/cord into the receptacle. I unplugged the radio/clock and moved the lamp plug in the top one to plug in the sleep apnea machine. This is an issue in many hotels and motels when traveling that we don’t have easy access to receptacle plugs for a life saving machine. We carry an extension cord for emergency with extra plugs and usb connections.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Not the best experience
We stayed on the 2nd floor but there is no elevator and the chair lift was out of order. Even though we did not require this for mobility, it was disheartening to see this. The restaurant schedule was not made available and therefore was unreliable for our needs. The pub offers food but a reduced menu after 8pm which we were not advised. There was no recycling priority in the hotel.
The room was comfortable, even though a bit old, and clean and the cleaning staff were quite responsive. Not sure we will consider this hotel an option in the future.
The room that we were put into was fabulous and spacious. My girls were in GFW for hockey and this room was the absolute best for the three of us. It was relatively quiet room. The location of the hotel is great. Never had the opportunity to try the other amenities as we were at the arena a lot over the weekend. not being able to enter the hotel from the rear of the building was a negative as we had to park there and walk around in the pouring rain.
Pointed out to front desk staff that the area walking from parking to main door was full of ice and very slippery and I was brushed off. They salted maybe 4 feet either side of door that was it. I nearly fell multiple times getting to and from my vehicle. Room was cramped and heating system not great. Bathroom is old and very tiny.
Friendly staff. Room was clean and beds comfortable

The heater in the room was VERY loud when cutting in every 30 minutes or so. It obviously had some kind of mechanical issue. The loud heater prevented me from getting a good night sleep.
