Outside wasn’t as bad as the inside of the hotel. They could have at least tried to cover up the mold and the beds are hard as rock. Dirty and Danji. The smell of years in the rugs. I get an older hotel. For goodness no upkeep at all. Same! Same! They should put on their website anybody with a breathing problem Or on a Cpap, stay away. We didn’t get a wink.

Not great

On the plus side, the front desk although busy checking people in, was accommodating and helpful. On the downside: It needed a better clean. It’s clear that a deep clean has not been done is a long time. There were stains on the grout in the shower, dirt and dust on and behind the chair, the sheets and pillows need to be replaced (lumpy pillow and worn out sheets). Also not sure why it’s called a “resort”.

The place looks abandoned on the outside and seriously run down on the inside. Our room was musty and stinky. Broken lamps, dark hallways, neglected spaces. The good: The check in process was positive and the room was large. The bed was comfortable. Convenient location along the TCH. We would not stay here again.

The flower box in the front and the restaurant staff were the only good things about it. The bathroom was old, not enough towels. The air conditioner didn't cool the room, the tv was temperamental, not enough pillows and too thin, the light in the bathroom was not working and it took over 2 hrs for someone to come and fix it I paid for the room 3+weeks in advance and yet they insisted that I pay a $100 damage deposit and said it would be refunded in the morning. In the morning, I was told my card was on hold and the refund would be in 3 to 5 days. I find this extremely insulting. The hotel staff was unfriendly and surly.

The rooms are very dated. It looks like there's been little maintenance & what there is doesn't look like it was done professionally yet the price of the rooms were higher than I usually pay for much nicer accommodations. The toilets were bizarre because they're very low.

This hotel is definitely showing its age. The walls are thin and you can hear people in the hallways. Nice place to have breakfast in the restaurant and nice meals in the lounge. Be aware that the restaurant and lounge are not open on Sundays or Mondays.

The staff were helpful and professional. The room was clean but the shower had low water pressure and an outdated shower head that Needs replacing . I was disappointed that there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in the room. This was very inconvenient. I've never been in a hotel room before that didn't at least have a refrigerator. There's a alot of parking which was great.

I booked with expedia for 2 queen beds and for our dogs. When I got here I was in a non pet friendly room and was downgraded to 2 double beds... Not what I reserved , A mistake was made on booki g by expedia or me .... It said pet friendly .....
