Very friendly staff

We had a great stay! Room was clean, breakfast was hot and tasty, bed was comfortable, and the kids loved the pool!

We arrived early for an event at the local arena and was able to check into our room 3 hours early. It was very cold outside and we did not know what we would do with the time so it made our trip very nice. The room was very cozy and clean. We watched Tv in the room and than ate at the Bistro downstairs the food was excellent and fairly priced. The sky scape to the arena was indoors and kept us from going outdoors in the cold. Overall I give this hotel an A+ rating.

The Hyatt Down town Grand Rapids was great

Beautiful room with a view of the river, clean, perfect.

Breakfast had a variety, the room was clean, other than we found a water bottle under the fold out couch when we arrived. Tv in the room stopped working, alerted staff and it was fixed very quickly! Pool area was clean. We watched the hot tub be drained, cleaned and refilled quickly. Gym area was clean, bathrooms on the lower level were spotless!
