Housekeeping service was not great. Pulled up the sheets and replaced the towels, not much more over 4 night stay. Booked a premium room but premium lounge was closed for renovations. Compensated by providing a single bottle of water for us to share and a package of trail mix 2 out of the 4 days of our stay. Hotel was clean with friendly staff. Would probably stay again but would not upgrade to premium.

Great hotel

We had an accessible room because I have MS and it was the best accommodation I have ever had. The shower was really great for accessibility and the bed was comfortable and not to high so I actually had an easy time getting in, and that usually never happens. The included breakfast was really good great variety well stocked. Hotel was very clean and the staff super friendly. Great experience would stay here again
