Book Grapeview hotels

So... No where was it mentioned that this property was undergoing construction. Front lobby closed. Equipment in the parking lot. "Gift Shop" closed, or nearly diminished anyway, besides a few items in a cooler next to where you currently check in. The pool itself was okay, but the floor did not seem clean, and the panels in the ceiling were removed and/or out of place. The front desk was okay... But not great. I had to ask where to go to get to our room, and where the property amenities were located. Just gave me the key and said enjoy your stay. And although they were friendly enough, there is definitely a lack of professionalism. The housekeepers were friendly, and the gentlemen working the breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. The room was just okay. It was fine, but there were definitely drawbacks. The window was falling apart, the refrigerator was tiny, which is normal I guess, but we had to press the cold button every two hours to keep items refrigerated. The bathroom was probably the nicest part of the room itself. And that was just okay; nice, but not exceptional or impressive. What I would expect for paying for a hotel room. If I had known the hotel were under construction, we would have stayed elsewhere for sure.

The staff was great, the hotel is very plain. This property really needs a renovation, poorly decorated. The inside windows were dirty, the bathroom tub stopper was unscrewed and laying on the outside edge. Clean, friendly, but needs more "care"! Attention

Staff were very friendly. Thevroom was clean and quiet. No complaints.

Enjoyed yhe swimming pool and hottub and the fact that pool is accessible.

Convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed the hot tub, and the continental "plus" breakfast that included a few hot breakfast foods, yogurt, and make-your-own-waffles, which are a special treat! Very nice and helpful staff, with a hotel vibe that was very friendly and peacefully quiet.

Were placed in a disabled room at the very end of the first floor…. Far from any amenities and the room feels outdated
