Staff was all very friendly. The hotel itself felt run down. Our room specifically, 214, had a large opening vent in the room (about 4ft tall by 2.5 feet wide, that exposed some sort of machine (maybe AC) but was right above the pool so you could hear clear as day water splashing and childrens voices echoing. Very spooky, almost like ghost children were in the room with us! Until 10PM. It did immediately quiet down after that. We also had a large gap above our door to our room that exposed all sounds from the hall way. Very, very noisy. Broken lamp shades in the room. Breakfast was decent, but overcooked on all fronts. Location was perfect for where we needed to be. I have tried uploading photos but keep getting an error message. Overall, I'd stay here again if I couldn't afford somewhere else.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. It does show some sings of aging such as gaps in the doors that let a bit more noise in. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the amenities were thoughtful and appreciated. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was varied and tasty. I would definitely go back.

This is our favorite place to stay. Quick check in, upbeat staff. Friendly, clean, Convenient location to interstate 5. You can't beat the best full hot breakfast , coffee juice and milk. We will always stay here when needed. See you soon

Despite notices around the hotel, sadly a lot of hotel guests did not observe the polite request to keep noise down between 10pm and 8am. We had children from 2 other rooms on our floor making noise outside our door as early as 4am, the parent of one joining in! This aside, the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good although not enough tables at times and ran out of yogurt on day 2

The staff is friendly and accommodating. They give complimentary bottled water daily which was very nice. And some days, they had cookies for guests. The only down side for me was the noise from the freeway. Due to its proximity to I-5, the road noise is inevitable. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay again!

Very convenient to freeway for travelers. An easy walk across the overpass to Red Lobster and other restaurants and fast food. Nice rooms with a good breakfast.
