Compare Family Hotels in Downtown Tacoma

The rooms needs to be clean the chairs full of dust and bathroom had stains from before I checked in. My first visit several days prior to this visit was remarkable only suggestion was rooms needs to have bottle water at least one complimentary

Smelled of strong weed in the hall, room had a bad smell as well, bathtub was plugged up. The only good thing was soap included and towels and ok beds

Room was clean and comfortable. However, you have to call for a van pickup at the airport.. this information was not printed anywhere. We had to get a taxi ride. Very upsetting when we had traveled all day.

Easy check in, friendly desk staff. Breakfast very disappointing; no thought to allergies; i am celiac and asked if GF bread available for toast, or GF cereal & was dismissed. Also, paper plates!??

I always stay at Murano when I’m in Tacoma. I just can’t find anything better. I love it there.
