Disappointment!

I was so disappointed in the condition of the room overall. The towels and bed linens were appalling. Only one very small bar of soap was supplied. I had to ask twice to get towels replaced and never did get an additional roll of toilet tissue so used our own. The toilet ran constantly because the float stuck. The breakfast was adequate. The staff, however, were friendly.

Great stay, excellent staff

The check-in process was excellent despite the hotel being understaffed (due to a number of last minute reservations). The staff handled the added pressure very well and were responsive to all the guests’ needs. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved all the extra pillows and the bed was perfect for a great night’s sleep. The only negative was the temperature of the pool - it was pretty cold!

There was nothing unique. There was a dead bug on the side of the tub as well as a dead spider on the floor. There was also a clump of hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door. The cable box would not turn on. Horrible experience

The building is dated, but the staff and cleanliness more than make up for it. I have been staying here monthly as I travel for work and have not been disappointed. The rooms are always very clean, and the front desk staff are kind and helpful. I will be staying here again!

Room was dated with wallpaper peeling, our toilet broke, and with no maintenance around we had to wake the kids and move all our stuff to another room. The fob didn’t work to access the pool and though advertised as heated it was not; also, the jets in the hot tub did not work. The room was fine for the night we needed it for, but would not book again.

The property is very old, you can see they are doing upgrades but I feel $200 a night is quite pricey for an outdated hotel The beds were horrible in our room, however ours friends rooms had great beds They did not advertise or tell us upon check in that if we canted our room cleaned (2 day stay) we had to pay a $25 fee… I have NEVER heard of this at any hotel .. we had no place to hang towels to dry out .. no hooks or towel rack and then didn’t receive clean towels as we didn’t know we had to pay for that The hot tub was absolutely disgusting and the pool was freezing cold Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly
