24 hr shuttle is reliable on the half hour. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our family appreciates the extended layout with the sitting area and pullout bed. Breakfast is good. Park and fly is available. Not super fancy but near an industrial business area. Cascade station is a few minutes away by car for shopping dining and transportation. Comfortable and reliable for repeat stays near the airport.

Breakfast wasn’t worth the extra charge it should be included. The room was comfy and the check in process was easy. The staff was a little rude the next day when I went to extend my stay and I thought it was unnecessary to charge me for another deposit. I ended up paying three separate deposits during my stay… other than that it was a great place and I would recommend it

Very great rooftop patio with a view of the city! Friendly staff and very accommodating staff. The only thing it was missing was a hot tub!

I had booked this several months in advance. And I wanted early check-in. It was not till the day of They finally told me that. Oh yeah, I could finally check in early. I had several events I was going to that day and I really needed that information prior to the day of. I called several times to find out if I could check in early And nobody could let me know.
