it was horrible. A cold draft ran though the place with lots of noise. The black out curtins would not fully close. I ended up leaving after being there a couple of hours.

Didn’t seem like our room was cleaned before we got in. There were pubes in the shower dust in the bathroom, hair everywhere that is definitely not ours.

We loved the location and size or our room. The staff should make the new (to us) policy on room cleaning clear upon checkin. We assumed the room would be tidied (waste cans emptied, towels exchanged, etc.) daily. We weren't aware we had to make a call to request each service. After we were aware, the request from our call was misplaced.

This hotel is a gem! We stayed there two times and it is very clean, quiet, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and it accepts dogs. The staff is super friendly. 10 Stars for sure!!

Very comfortable 2 bedroom suite for our family. The kitchen and living room were a welcome addition. Beds are comfortable, rooms were clean, and the location is excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly!! Garrett at front desk was awesome!! Loved the cookies and fresh oranges in the morning. Thank you for the hot coffee and the lemon water all day. Hotel rooms and suites were very nice for our parents and racquetball players!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
