The room for a "Delux"No29 was a discrace.Shower was delipateded,outdated,no cutlery not even a tea spoon for coffee.Had to ask for for more condiments and another cup.Noisy Water pipes ect

People doing drugs in car park. People walking around all night and a lady calling for her dog all night inside and out. Need to do something about it but overall it was a good stay

Good enough for the price paid. Unfortunately the room next to ours very noisy all night until 4am. We did not rest well. Room quirky. Beds comfortable. Some interesting characters getting around in what look like long stay accomodation. Did the job for the 1 night needed.

The furniture was stained and cooking facilities were dirty. Blinds were broken and there were multiple spider webs inside the windows. There was no tea towel, milk or hair dryer. During my 4 day stay no one serviced my room. No replacement toilet paper or bins emptied - would never stay again

Comfortable bed but that was about it. Room smelt like alcohol and cigarette smoke. Cigarette butts found under furniture. Used dirty dish cloth, mimimal cutlery, cups etc, half used toilet roll. Great location to local area but overall will not be returning. Was brushed off by front of staff when i complained.

This is in a fabulous location and looks like it’s just been taken over. A bit run down but big rooms and lovely setting. Rooms have leaky basin. Cracked tiles and sorry but my pet hate. Hair in the shower drain. I liked it but needs a refresher.

Absolute disgrace. Motel is also being used as a halfway house for people with drug problems. Room was dirty and we didn’t have enough Glen20 to rid the smell in the room. Spa doesn’t work and the a/c is very average. Steer clear of this place.

All pretty good, little bit tired and worn in places but overall nice and quiet. We had enquired about disabled access and booked the family room as we had a wheel chair and walker. When we found two big sets of stairs on arrival we were very surprised. We did end up with much smaller rooms that had no full kitchen etc and still 5 steps to contend with but appreciated having somewhere to stay after our 3 hr drive. It would be good to update the info around disabled access and educate the staff too as this would be a real issue for some people. I managed to get everyone up and down each day but it felt dangerous!

Room was good, but the bathroom could have been better, signs of mould between wall tiles, cracked floor tiles. Access to the room was up several flights of steep stairs (it was raining), difficult for both of us, 70yrs plus Us
