Room was clean and had a great view from the top floor upgrade we received

We were in late & out early so we didn’t use any of the amenities. We didn’t have pets with us either.

We had to change rooms because the door on our original room looked like it had been kicked down/broken into. The front desk staff was super great about moving us but that was unnerving. There was also a lady who was outside the first night of our stay into the next morning yelling at people and having animated conversations with herself and made us very uncomfortable.

The ice machine was not working on the 2nd floor and the elevator near the machine was not working so I had to use the stairs.
