HUGE GATED RESORT! Shuttles run around complex from 8AM to 11PM. Pools are heated, lazy river is relaxing! Access to great pools, hot tubs, dining, golf, pickleball & so much more! Marketplace serves Starbucks coffee & has its own grocery & souvenir sections. Family friendly resort, activities for kids & adults. Staff is helpful, friendly & very accommodating. Will be back in the future.

This place is big. It’s easy to get lost on the grounds. The villa that we stayed in was spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath, but the floors were dirty. The carpet looked old. The bathroom in the primary was tiny. The toilet is right beside the tub and door. The ac worked great. The kitchen was nice. We stayed here for two nights, but I wasn’t impressed enough to return. We didn’t have time to enjoy the amenities, but it seemed like there were plenty to have fun and keep busy.

When I arrived, i wanted to check in but was told by the person at the check out counter I had to follow another employee to another check in counter where my room card would be activated which was not the case. They took us to a counter to try and sell me a timeshare. They lied about the room keyactivatuon and now i was faced with multiple employees trying to convince me to purchase timeshare very aggressivley. Tha. The elevator did not work but there were no signs stating this. We ended up getting stuck in the elevator. Finally, my check out was at ten, and about 9:20, i was dressing up to get ready to leave when the room service lady just entered the room at 9:30 when my check out was at ten. I only stayed 2 days and hardlyvspent time at the resort. This all happened the few hours I was there. I let the staff know and the only replies i recevied was that I should speak to the maintenace people and was also told "Thank you for the feedback and they would let the appropriate people know" in other words nothing was done and I truly feel the hotel staff and management did not want to be bothered or just did not care. I believe they paid no mind because I did not buy a timeshare. I would not recommend this place at all not because the place but because of the staff and there management who are horrible at handling issues caused by them.
