While it was a nice stay, the kitchen equipment, ie., frying pans were worn out and needing replacement with better quality ones. I always have to bring sugar bowl and creamer with me as well as decent wine glasses (could me supplied upon request). While accommodations were adequate the carpeting is still dark and dingy—not a deal breaker. The small restaurant near the lazy river had some of the best food ever! The brisket sandwich was to die for! The drinks were too expensive and according to my guests, seemed to be light on alcohol and flavor. Tee times were very close together, with multiple foursomes waiting behind us, we felt rushed… Our villa was quiet and peaceful with adequate lighting and outlets —an improvement. It was clean the showers were wonderful! It was a great visit—a respite away from the cold further North. Enjoyed the golf and walking around the grounds. It was less crowded than usual which was nice. Looking forward to my next visit and playing some pickleball and tennis. The activities offered were amazing, if one is not chained to a golf course most days, lol. Overall an excellent experience…

We had a great time, however, the cleanliness of the 3 bedroom villa was disappointing. The floors were dirty, which required to wear shoes the entire in the condo. Mainly the restroom floors and the kitchen.

the property is very good because it is brand new however the check in was terrible. I specifically asked for a villa and they sent me to a tower on the 5th flower where the elevator was broken. they finally conceded an put me in the villa however the process could have been so much easier

Okay and not so okay.

The resort is huge. If you want to visit any theme parks, don’t stay here. It takes so much time getting to and from your room it’s just not worth it. The shuttle service is okay, but takes a long time since the drivers are constantly picking up and dropping off throughout the routes. One night the driver took off before I sat down and I almost fell backwards. No apology, nothing.

Good value for the price. However, everything is average. The Staff is above average. My biggest issue was the Time Share/Vacation Club experience. Long story short, I signed up for the tour, they put a $75 "show up" fee on my CC, I did go to the tour but was charged the $75 fee anyway. No big deal because mistakes happen! I called and was assured that I would get back the $75 on my CC. That was over 3 weeks ago after several call backs. Today I actually had to dispute this charge with my CC company!? BEWARE of this as I had heard from other guest that this also happened to them. Pretty shady from a company like Holiday Inn, but it happened. This all being said, I would go back but never do the tour again.

BE AWARE OF MISLEADING TACTICS TO UPSELL TIME SHARE!! Although our stay was overall pretty good, the grounds are very well maintained, most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the only exception being the cleaning crew on check out day where they ringed our doorbell 20 minutes before check out time…and every 5 minutes from then on asking when we were leaving.. But what makes this resort mostly unattractive is truly the time share representatives immediately after check-in…they use agressive marketing strategies. Their tactics are misleading are may lead clients in making financial commitments without their full understanding or consent. This is not our first experience with time share properties and while we appreciate the allure of vacation ownership, we have found their approach taken by one of the representative to be quite stressful and unethical. They will do anything to take your money NOT gift you with a promotion package “as they would state” to save a few dollars during your stay to spend extra money on the resort.

Fun property with lots to do. Check in they take you to 3 different people trying to push time shares which made check in a long process that doesn't need to be. Lazy river tubes are not included. Cabinets in the rooms are very beat up and outdated. No room service you need to wash everything yourself. Overall was a lot of fun.
