It was advertised as 2 queens and a sofa bed for for a family of 6. We got 2 doubles and a pull out sofa that was a twin. Thankfully we were able to make do with what we had but space was tight. Also, check-in was long, having to check in at multiple stations, then trying to get me to sign up for time shares. This is a process that was miserable after several hours of driving. I just wanted to check in and get to my room. The rooms are okay, but can definitely tell that it hasn't been updated in a while. Some positives is that there was a 2-burner stove, dishwasher, mini-fridge, microwave, 4-seat dining table. While there isn't a washer and dryer in the room, they do have one that is available for use down the hall that is complimentary for use and they provide some laundry detergent.

Roaches

First day was great second day we ran into problems with little roaches around the kitchen and door. We were able to catch one and put it inside a zip lock bag to show management and get a refund or something to accommodate our stay and manager took forever to reach back to us and they didn’t do anything. All they say we will send pest control after you leave. I contacted hotels.com since I did my booking through them and they reached out to the hotel and they said nothing could be done they have no refund once the booking is complete. It was nasty knowing they were roaches in that villa it was a 2 bed villa and those roaches were all over the kitchen.

Check in took time and not much explained finally found room and key didnt work . Room was immaculate with everything you could possibly need . Fully equipped kitchen . Target opposite and great restaurants along main road abd shopping options ..loved the pools a littke crowded at times . Felt rushed at check out ..cleaner banging on door at 9am saying we need to leave so she could clean and sat outside door. Thought we had until 10am . We paid for breakfast for 2 this was not added either had to resolve at front desk .

Beautiful place. Long wait times. No parking and shuttles was to drop off and take me to my villa I had to walk 30 minutes in the heat. Unorganized and no one is on same page. Huge resort. Not enough staff Extra charges. Everything is extra never got to enjoy the amenities that doea not say on your website its extra. I was conned into buying a 100 fun pass to never use it. Then take a “tour” was not told it was a timeshare. Very disappointing

Great place to spend a week. Lots of amenities. Incredibly large but the shuttles come often so it’s not a big deal. I did have a couple problems. Found a roach in my room. Not cool, the staff sent a person to spray the next day but I never got to talk to a manager about. They just kept telling me they’ll call me back. I’m not sure if finding roaches in a room isn’t a big deal, but I was hoping to talk to someone about. Then one of the toilets would not flush. So another person had to come fix that. Still never heard from a manager.

Resort is beautiful. Worst experience was the check in. Arrived at 3:30pm was told the room was being cleaned & we would get a call. The call never came and we then called & was told the room was still not ready. After going to the lobby we finally got a room at close to 6pm. The pools are hot like a Hot Tub.

This stay was fun, the room was comfy and family had a good time. The main problem is how far away everything is on site, the shuttle is not fast and everything is too far to walk so you end up driving to the pool, even the close one! Prices are high as well.
