Pool to crowded, food prices outrageous

I was sorely disappointed in this place, but maybe that's just because I'm not a fan of Florida in general. No coffee maker or teapot in room and absolutely no amenities is lame. It felt more like an abusive relationship than a customer- focused hotel. And, it's a place with virtually no realistic public transportation; why charge for parking? Just add the $5/night to the cost of the stay. Doing it the way they do makes you feel like you're being nickel and dimed. Room smelled musty from the AC unit too. I wouldn't stay there again, and iI wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Was honestly very disappointed with my stay. Room check in is the latest I have seen, typically seen around 3 o clock. When the property is not that busy they give the available room. This property can care less about the customer arriving early on a flight. We arrived at the hotel at 10am , was told they will try to have our room available sooner check back at 2pm, checked back at 2 not available, then again at 3 , then again at 3:30. At 3:30 we got confirmation they would put us on a list to get done sooner as they are working on cleaning the room. So four a clock we finally enter our “clean” room. Instantly went to the shower and saw hair all over the walls of the shower. Not very clean. Shower barely functioning , a couple of drips / no pressure. Walls are extremely thin hearing everything the people next door were doing in the bathroom. Then the next day waking up and finding silverfish in the bathroom. Would not recommend this place.

The view from the balcony was great. The rooms were good size and the kitchenette was good. Apparently Radisson's standards have gone down considerably, although it has been awhile since I stayed at Radisson. Upon arriving I noticed how filthy the floors were. They were a wood laminate or something on that line. I used a couple kleenex to wipe it in a couple of spots in the bathroom. I took it to the front desk and showed them and they said they could send someone up to clean them. They did but it was just a spray and mop and was only marginally cleaner when done. The elevators were slow and seemed like only one was working at a time. I spoke with some other guest that were also complaining about the elevators and when i mentioned my floors they both agreed with one saying he was shocked at the black that came off his feet in the shower. The beds were ok, nothing great. Both the doors entering the room and going to the balcony needed weatherstripping. Overall, just needs some basic cleaning and maintenance.
