The beachfront access, updated lobby and friendly staff were a 5/5. However I took a star off for a couple reasons. If you’re looking for more of a serene, peaceful escape this wasn’t it. The pool deck and lobby had generic top 40 music playing loudly all hours of the day and a poolside DJ in the afternoons Saturday and Sunday. My husband and I were here for our babymoon and would have appreciated more quiet hours in the mornings and evenings to relax. Free coffee past 6:30 am would have also been a nice add on. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and took advantage of everything Clearwater had to offer.

This place is beautiful! It’s very clean and very well kept. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. From the front desk staff to the pool staff to the wait staff in the bars and restaurants, everyone is pleasant and helpful. Our room was beautiful and we had a perfect gulf and beach view. Our room faced north and so we were able to see each sunrise and sunset. Amazing! The hotel is in the perfect location as well. Just cross the street to get to the beach, take a short walk in any direction to get to shops, bars and restaurants. You can also jump on the trolley at the stop that’s right in front which will take you all around. We’ll definitely be back!

It was the most relaxing hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The pool was amazing, the staff was wonderful. I have come every three years as each of my kiddos graduates and turns 18! I got one more to go, then it will be a full on adult vacation!

You MUST Valet, no other choice and pay the $35-$40 fee. That was a bummer. And the no save pool chair rule was pretty funny. They put tags on the chairs of people that saved the chair (if you are away from your chair for 30 minutes or more, they are to remove your belongings and open the chair for others). However after 40 minutes, the simply removed the time tags. We were there early and watched people save their chairs early and not come back for over an hour.

This place was super nice. Definitely more expensive but you get what you pay for. Food and drinks were expensive but comparable to other restaurants in the area. Staff was polite and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Overall the hotel was great. Only downfall was they only had vallet parking which we did not know. So when checking out we were hit with a almost $500 bill. $210 of that was resort fees which we knew about. Valet parking should of been included with that or maybe list that better so people are not shocked by it.
