Loved our stay

The housekeeping staff will supply new linens and towels per request and in a timely manner. They will also give you a broom or come clean your floors upon request. All in all we loved our stay. The view is perfect. The beach attendant was great! Close restaurants like Sharky’s. My one and only complaint is, it’s late when the coffee is available in the lobby. 8 or 9 AM is too late. Needs to be 6 or 7. So many people get up early. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is good. It's a beach front hotel with quick access to the pool and beach. parking was a bit rough. The pictures of course show it's beautiful location. the room itself was fine. Family of 5 and there was room for everyone. we love that we had a balcony overlooking the ocean. the bathroom was spacious but there were holes from water damage. We were there for 5 days and the room was cleaned once but never swept so sand was all over the place.

We enjoyed our stay, however the room was supposed to be cleaned every third day, which was kinda odd to me. We had towels and such left, but my kids feet were black bc the floor was so dirty. We ended up having them leave a broom and mop for us so we could clean, that should have been stated in the room description. Is this normal for hotels to clean every third day now?

Over all Hotel was nice, it could use a lot of small cheap fixes that the hotel obviously overlooked. The door seals to the rooms was bad you could see sun light around all the doors and fill the warm air coming in. The top of the railing on the balcony was loose. But over all it was an okay hotel.

No-frills, you pay for everything other than your bed. $7 for a bag of ice. Twenty dollar bill daily resort fee 0 benefits. No pool chairs or umbrellas basically a hole in the ground only. Will not return. Staff friendly but that don't cover the expense. Seemed like a very Mickey Mouse outfit. If you know what I mean, everything is subbed out. You can't get a clean towel until the laundry truck shows up. That's what they always told us. Wi-Fi was horrible the whole time there horrible signal. Strip down bare bones, that's all you get.

Convenient location, easy access to beach, clean rooms with descent size sitting area. Did not like parking, breakfast not provided unless you pay extra, and ice was also not provided for rooms. Have to pay for that separate too. Great for a one night stay like I did, but probably wouldn't recommend for more than that.

Everything was good, air conditioner struggled

The only reason I gave 4 stars on the comfort is because of the air conditioners being loud and one struggling to keep part of our room cool. I do understand they are working hard because its so hot so i dont necessarily fault the hotel for this.

Good location but the hotel is NOT a resort and is very outdated. There is rust on every wall and air conditioning unit. We couldn’t get comfortable because of the evident lack of quality. Not one part of the hotel felt thoroughly clean. Also, there are no hotel beach chairs and umbrellas for guest. You will have to pay for those through an independent non-related company. To top it off, my husband’s sunglasses were stolen from our car by the valet. We will not return to this hotel, it should be rated as a 1 Star Motel. Do not stay here unless you have low expectations.
