My wife and I have stayed at this property for the last 4 years to celebrate our anniversary. Last year the parking garage was closed for maintenance and the hot tub was broken. We dealt with it and had a good time. We went back again this year hoping things had improved. Sadly, they were worse. We had to park next door requiring me to carry our luggage about 100 yards in three trips in pouring rain. Just for fun, I went to the parking garage underneath (which is now reserved for valet parking (which I refuse to use) and there was exactly ONE, yes ONE car parked there. This is a travesty. The hot tub was working, which was good, but our room (709) was not what we asked for. Our reserved room was not ready yet (at 5 PM) and we got a free "upgrade" to a bigger room. It was horrible. The bathroom was loaded with mold, paint was peeling under the sink, the light in the dining/living area didn't work making the room unusable. Also, the people in the room next door had a dog in the room that barked continuously. Some upgrade. We were very disappointed on this visit and will be looking for a better establishment in the area to celebrate in the future.

The hotel was false advertised!! The room looked nothing like it did on the site to book it. Housekeeping was awful!! The room was small and the bed was very uncomfortable!! I will NEVER stay at another Radisson!!

Not the best for cost

Great location other that pool was super dirty; the hot tub was warm at best. Then we had a balcony with sea view that could not enjoy because the weed smoke was overwhelming. It would roll in our room and stink everything up. Housekeeping comes every 4 days. Definitely not what was expected

Very friendly staff. First room we were checked into was not clean, but went back to front desk and immediately they apologized and check this into the same room that we had booked and it was clean and ready. Simple mistake. Everything was great after that great view of the beach Right next-door to restaurant and shops across the street. Pricing was great. You get exactly what you would expect in a little bit more coming back in September already booked.

My stay was good however the wait for my room to be ready was quite a while (few hours to be exact). The outside and some parts around and inside the hotel could use some cleaning and painting. There was a lot of trash outside on the ground in front of the hotel. I had an issue where my door was extremely hard to open and had to call maintenance. Despite those few issues my room was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. There was also very limited parking.

I went to get my deposit back when I checked out, and even though my room was fine and no damages, they claim they could not find my 150.00 that I paid in cash. I waited for a manager to come down, but she never did. Finally the clerk told me I would just have to write down my information and they would mail me a check.

Our feet were black every night from the floor in the hotel room. Very dirty property, not as advertised. The door to our room didn’t work. Housekeeping never came in the 5 days we were there besides the extra towels we asked for. Staff was nice. Good location, right on beach.

Vert disappointed!

The hotel desk staff was nice and accommodating with requests. Our issue was housekeeping. We stayed for seven nights and never once had a housekeeper come to clean our room. We had to call the front desk for clean towels, etc. We did go to the front desk on one occasion to ask them to have someone come clean our room, and someone did come and changed the sheets and removed the dirty towels, but didn’t leave any clean towels, or do anything else. Very Disappointed!!
