This is our second Kompose stay. Previously we stayed in Miami due to travel but the Sarasota location is closer to us. The staff and courteous, friendly and professional. The location is clean and the room was amazing! Being right at the airport was not a distraction for noise and we took advantage of its central location to visit local beaches and attractions during our stay. We also took advantage of booking the sauna and the breakfast in the morning. From walking in to walking out, staff made us feel welcome. I think it’s going to become our regular “getaway” location because the rates are budget friendly yet the quality is a lot more!

Clean, friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable bed, good multi-sized and multi-density pillows. Note: Need grab bar in shower for safety. Be aware —very boutique less traditional decor and setup: concrete walls with shelves for storage, desk and table, bathroom sink in your room across from bed, separate shower and bathroom stalls but with a door that covers either one or the other but not both at the same time. If traveling with a companion, this might create a privacy issue for some people. Supplies outside the bathroom, so check your toilet paper situation before parking yourself, lol! Review for standard king non-smoking room.

Delayed at check in. Made to sign huge document for terms and the key card didn’t work twice. Made staff come to room to let us in and they claimed we couldn’t operate the key card. Very rude and unhelpful. Room was dirty with stains on pillowcase. Do NOT stay in this hotel!!

Room was well stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Exposed concrete walls were not my favorite as the smell is not pleasant to me and the room didn't feel super clean. Shower head was very nice, but shower floor seemed not clean. Property overall seemed a little bit neglected.
