A very solid property. Great communication. Easy access to the beach. House could use a little love for minor repairs but otherwise very comfortable. Great layout for a family of four we loved it. I tend to judge a stay on if I’d come back again and I totally would here. Cheers!

A few issues compared to our previous stays at Fort Morgan properties. There were ants in the living room on the chase, we used the spray under the sink and moved the chase away from the wall so they at least stayed along the wall. The thermostat kept kicking off for no apparent reason, I would set it and the AC would kick on then we would come back to the house and it would be 80F in the house which was very hot after being outside all day. The wifi kicked out a lot making it hard to watch TV since it streams. Everything else was perfect, just some feedback to make things more comfortable for others. Take care, Ben

Great stay at Fort Morgan

Enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and enjoyed the patio a lot. Good communication with property company. Even added a day to our stay with no issues. Pictures need updated, thought beach access was a bit closer. Still not very far though. There is now a large yellow home in the open area that you see from the patio pictures that blocks your view a little bit. Also, the listing sleeps 6. 2 of those 6 had to sleep on the couch and a smaller daybed. Overall, I would not say either of those made the stay bad by any means.

Relaxing!

My husband, son and truly enjoyed our time at A Little Bit Of Heaven! Perfect size and location for us. There weather was great which made our stay even better. The only "complaint " would be cleanliness. The are rugs are very dirty as well as the covers on the couch, chair and dining chairs. We spent most of our time outdoors anyway.

We had a beautiful week at the beach. Everything was clean, the house had everything we needed. Especially liked the spigot on the deck for cleaning sand off feet and legs. Prompt attention to maintenance issues. Great decks, ample deck furnishings.

Perfectly located and very quiet with a small walk to the beach. House is clean with lots of room for flexibility to relax. We loved the deck areas. Kids had a couple places to play as well as the parents. Would stay again

Amazing beach house. Very clean, easy access to beach.

The pictures did not do this place justice. Very clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach was great. The out door shower worked great as did the inside shower. All appliances were top of the line, including the washer and dryer. The A/C kept the house cool. The property manager texted us their info, but we didn’t need it, because everything was perfect. We will be back! 5 golden stars!

Living Up To Its Name

“A Little Bit of Heaven,” is just what the name implies! This beach house has been updated beautifully, and couldn’t be in a better location. A great place to get away from the everyday. Very peaceful and calming. Just the right size for that cozy, down home feel. Love it! Highly recommend!!!
