I’m visiting from out of town and it was a very convenient walk to my job site. I’d be tired getting back in the evenings, so being able to order room service was really nice. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
When I was placing my dirty dishes and tray out in the hall, the door was very heavy and difficult to maneuver with hands full. This would be near impossible if I were physically disabled in any way.
There was some residual hair in the bathroom in the tub and on the ceiling so that takes down the cleanliness rating.
Way finding in general was a bit difficult — there wasn’t clear signage for the rooms and I was on the second floor and would have preferred to take the stairs but ended up just taking the elevator because I didn’t want to have to go searching around.
My only real complaint was how loud the people were next door or a couple doors down. I was at the end of a hall and their yelling was so loud it woke me up both when they got in and again at 530am. Not sure what the hotel can really do on this front but I just wanted to make note of it.
In all, I had a pleasant stay, would stay here again if the price is competitive and hope my feedback is constructive. Thank you!
