The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic - close to lakes, trails, highways and a short walk to downtown Dartmouth and the ferry to Halifax.

I was travelling with someone and the hotel changed my original booking of 2 queen beds to a single room. Very disappointed because my other traveler chose to stay in the car. I travel a lot but will likely not be using Expedia again.

Rooms are ok, but not as clean as I expected, comfortable beds, easy access to Hwy and grocery store. I booked this hotel because they are dog friendly, we had two small dogs with us. I should pay 20 dollars per dog per day when I booked room 3 months in advance. On the spots during check in, front desk lady charged me 25 dollars per dog per day, because like she said they increased their price. Very disappointing, should be same price when I booked and paid for a room 3 months ago. I will never stay there again.

The property had lots of antiques, was very quaint, and the common areas were clean. The staff are friendly and willing to help you in any way. The area has beautiful walking paths close by. The hotel has pealing paint, old air conditioning, and the furniture has a constant film on it. The restaurant needs some fresher options, different french fries, and a good home made soup.

This was the 1st time I ever had to clean and disinfect my hotel room. The bathroom taps wer not cleaned. Everything was dusty. The floor was dirty. The bed was clean. If we hadn't been so exhausted we would have left. No offer to change rooms. No discount. The girl at the desk was friendly and apologized but that's it. We will be contacting management.

Nice rooms with handy kitchenette. Coffee available with real cream. Was hoping for complimentary breakfast but all in all we enjoyed our stay. Lake nearby was nice for swimming. Superstore and beer and wine across the street. Beds were comfy.

Séjour de 3 nuit 4 jours

De l'extérieur l'hotel semble tres ordinaire , mais a l'interieur c'est une belle hotel . Dans les chambres le matelas est de type mou (ont aimes ou ont aimes pas ) et sinon le plancher ce n'est pas du tapis ! Ca c'est un gros +++ 😊 Et en plus il accepte les chiens , pour 3 nuits le coût était de 75$ . Alors jai beaucoup aimé cette place.
