Apart from the front desk people and coffee, nothing is good here.It's unsafe...i heared that there are lot of roberry around the hotel locality.Always there are some construction around the hotel and not easy to get around.They don't provide hot breakfast, the cold breakfast what they provide is pathetic and worth less than 2$.The ready made waffle is rotten and spoiled.Stay away from this place..it's a crap..spend a lil bit more and go to a decent hotel.I regreat staying here for 2 days.

We booked a stay clearly indicating we were traveling with a child, but were given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. We arrived late at night after a long trip and had no choice but to stay. The smell was unbearable. The bed was so badly affected we couldn’t use it — we had to sleep on our own belongings and towels. Completely unacceptable for a family stay.

Very old building without appropriate cooling. On the 4th floor temperature was nearly 30 degrees in the room . Bathroom was very small lacking flat counters making getting ready for my wide very difficult. Wall mirrors were also not mouted on tbe walls ( just leaning on wall low to floor) Furniture at dining table was falling apart as well.

We stayed 4 days no housekeeping is done for 4 days. Terrible room. Not even basic facilities are available. Bathroom is the worse. I won’t recommend this facility at all.

Clean and ample room.Great front desk service. The room was too bright during the night. The curtains did not cover the entire window and the car park light kept the room alight all night. The breakfast was simple and efficient, the "grab and go" type.

I lly realized that we weren't booking a 5 star hotel, we just wanted a basic comfortable experience. The concerns we had with our stay. The window in our room was broken from top to bottom. I took a picture within minutes of entering the room as I didn't want to be held responsible. I tried to plug in my tablet to recharge but the plug was not secured to the wall, not just the cover but the whole plug. I didn't feel it was safe to use. The toilet seat was loose, it barely stayed on the toilet when you sat on it, my son says he noticed mold in the bathroom. We tried to have the window open to prevent using the air conditioner however there were cars in and out of the parking lot all night closing their doors right beneath our window over and over again. They would only stay for a short time then leave again. Finally after no sleep by 3:30am, my son closed the window and turned on the air conditioner. We tried that for about 34 minutes but it was soooo loud that it was impossible to sleep so we turned it off and left the window closed. My son slept for a couple of hours. I could not sleep cause the room was so stuffy, it was 25 degrees in there when we got out of bed. I did not sleep for even 1 minute which impacted how I felt the next day. We informed the desk we were checking out the next morning and I asked for the manager's name. I was not given it, I was given a generic email which i emailed with no response after 5 days of waiting. Stay elsewhere.
