This was such a wonderful surprise. I honestly didn't expect much from a hotel on the edge of Halifax but the staff were very friendly, the room was older but clean and large, and out the back was a lake with maintained walking trails. Great stop on our trip :)

This place is a gem. Didn't expect much really but boy were we happy. Large comfortable clean room with excellent beds, shower and wifi. We'll stay longer next time.

Bed could have been more comfortable and it was noisy. Street traffic was loud but expected. View was best I’ve woken to. TV was difficult to navigate and we called for assistance but did not receive any help. We managed with what we had. No stove or elements so can’t use kitchen other than microwave and fridge. We ordered and picked up food or ate while out.

Room was nice size but poorly laid out ( bed in the doorway when trying to get in) laundry expensive, parking lot insanely small. Lake was pretty but minimal access and seating available but what was there was nice.
