The rooms were outdated, but everything worked fine in our room. My boyfriend found a stain on the bed, but nothing serious very close to the Scotiabank centre so it was a nice option cheap as well.

Once again we were made to feel comfortable and enjoyed another quiet couple of nights as a getaway. The staff was again more than helpful, friendly and efficient with everything 👍👍👍. The only problem I had was when I had to use the washroom suddenly,(and I have a bladder condition), we were still being checked in at the time so I rushed into the Tempo to use the washroom and was told I needed to use the washrooms in the mall and began to give me directions, I was already in peril for a washroom and of course because of the distance from the Tempo entrance to the nearest washrooms in the Scotia Square mall and my bladder issue I suffered an avoidable embarrassment…even while reading this I feel as though I have nothing to gripe about but maybe in the future a similar scenario could be handled somewhat differently. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and did not try the food from the Tempo as a result of this because it was my only reprieve. Front desk staff-5stars all the way, cleaning staff-5stars all the way and it’s always quiet if that’s what you need for a while…Thank you to all on check in and check out, we’ll be back in April to see you all again on our mini getaway 👏👍🙂.

Great stay!

Everything was good! Bathroom was clean, no problems with any part of the hotel. Tbe hotel lobby is very modern but the rooms are definitely dated and would have been nice to see them be updated as well.

We love that the hotel is very close to the Scotiabank Centre. You can walk to and from within the pedways and buildings. Easy acess to the waterfront as well. Bed was very comfy. One suggestion, when cleaning the rooms, close the bathroom door, and wipe it down. We found our door dirty and the mirror had some makeup on it from a previous person. The desk and dresser had water marks on them, that detracted from the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and will return in May, for another concert.

Staff were amazing and location was good Room was really dated, sick to my stomach with heat 85 in the room, had to call twice for maintenance to help Olga is incredible. Nice little surprise about parking (you don't have any) not sure I'd stay there again but Olga is a gem, if I did it would be because of her fantastic customer service.

Worst experience with a hotel ever. Booked online no fees posted. (Expedia). Got there and they could not let me pay the deposit not mentioned on the site (I have screenshots) with another card. Waited and hour trying to sort it out. There was important items to be able to bath missing from the bathroom. No breakfast included which is a shame after dealing with the lack of customer service. They also do not mention where you have to park to have your parking validated and where I parked I ended up paying an additional. There’s construction going on as well which I’m assuming is where parking would be. Overall bad service. Hotel I did not like and I’ll never book there again.

We are very disappointed in the service and misinformation that was provided to us, seemly to lure us into continue with our booking. We ended up needing to sleep on the floor during our stay. Unacceptable.
