We liked the location and the staff service was excellent. However, we felt such a nice hotel needed to have glass water glasses, not plastic and real coffee mugs not paper/foam. Since we stayed for 3 nights and received no room service, we felt that those of us who stay more than one night would appreciate a room discount.

We stayed here twice. We had requested 2 rooms side by side. The first night our 1 room wasn’t ready till 5pm so we hung out in the room that was ready. And the rooms 154 and 127 a not close at all! The second stay was much better.

This is good hotel , rooms are ok .Had to change the room though after the first one had a bad odour.There is no onsite parking , so if you sre driving you have to pay extra $ 30 a day.

Stayed in a business room and had access to the business centre on the 2nd floor. Building is older but everything is in working condition and has elevator access. A/C worked very well, room was clean. Staff were all friendly and I was able to leave my bags before check in time. Good location near bus stops, restaurants, and event centres. I didn't use the connected restaurant but appreciated that there was one for an easy option.

The entrance is stunning and gives a great first impression, but the rooms are quite dated. That said, everything was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. With a bit of updating, the rooms could really match the beauty of the rest of the property.

Clean large rooms. King bed very comfy. Large washroom with lots of counter space. Fridge in room. Furniture in the room was a little dated. Friendly customer service.
