We stayed there for one night during a road trip, checked in late in the evening (around 10pm), staff was nice and got us checked in quick and easy, the room was clean and the beds were so soft and comfortable, temperature control in the room was easy and AC worked well, nice blackout curtains and clean bathroom. Checkout is at 12 which is very convenient for late sleepers like us! Overall, perfect for a comfortable stay, we will be returning during our next trip in the region!

My family and I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Hamilton for two nights. On the morning of our second day, our room had not been serviced—linens and towels were not changed—so we requested a full room service. We were informed that housekeeping would take care of the garbage, replace the towels, and make the beds. However, when we returned later that evening, none of the requested services had been completed. I had to go to the front desk myself to request fresh towels. Additionally, the garbage had not been properly removed. Upon checking out, we experienced unprofessional behavior from the cleaning staff, who made rude comments toward us. We reported this to the front desk staff before leaving. Based on this experience, I would not stay at this establishment again, nor would I recommend it to others.

Quick little vacation with the kids. Easy check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Shower was roomy and water had good pressure. Pool was nice, but possibly not ideal for younger kids. The rough walls and floor of the pool weren’t great, but not a deal breaker. If we were up this way again, we would definitely stay here. Very good rate for what was offered and much better than comparable properties.

Place was clean and fine, but the TV was broken so they moved us to another room. The next room the TV would not work and they told us they’d have someone come up to fix it, and they did not. Smart TVs are very limited and do not work. They said they just didn’t know and would come back to find a solution. I am not pleased to have paid full price for a room. Kept waiting around for them to knock like they said they would, and nothing. Went to front desk twice about it and nothing happened. They said other people are having the same issue.
