I booked in this hotel for a week, when i was late one day, they didn't accept my booking they said its cancelled, but they couldn't provide me any evidence about cancellations, when i asked whats youre nams the receptionist, he said i dont have any names, i asked if i can talk to your manager, he said wait, i talk to another man, he said its not my business talk to Expedia, nothing to do with me, he was like a cleaner not his boss, i was very disappointed and i booked in another hotel and fighting to take my money back, because they charged me a week while they said its cancelled

Not recommended for solo female european ladies

I would advise any British women travelling alone or in pairs to avoid this hotel, with the exception of low season dates. The staff are very courteous and helpful, but, upon my arrival with my elderly Mother mid-September, I was continually harassed , followed, and propositioned ( once for money) during my 2 day stay, by Algerian male guests. Out of season, with no predatory males, we had a good experience in May, which is why we returned, Select your dates carefully. The rooms are awful. The reception is very nice

enjoyed hotel ok, outside pool comfortable and well designed. Cute little hotel, basic but ev we needed, rooms quite small plasma and fridge which was great, bathroom need revamp quite old, wifi not in room as stated, poor signal. But available in reception. Friendly staff, recommend for family and relaxing stay, near yassmine Hammamet and beach. had the football team from Monastir stay so popular for locals and young people. Night entertainment ev night in reception/bar. Good for young people perhaps not older customers. Was monitored by police constantly, felt safe good overall stay

It was my 3rd stay there in 5 months wouldn't consider any other hotel 3 stars this hotel but definitely needs 4 stars, staff bend over backwards for you. friendly, pool brilliant, housekeeping perfect I just keep going back.
