Spiders, spiders and more spiders everywhere in our bathroom. The room has been cleaned but then unused for enough time that there were spiders webs hanging in the shower, across the bathroom ceiling, up the walls in the toilet area and the tub had spiders everywhere. Most alive and actively spinning webs. We walked to the front desk, because the room phone didn’t work, and asked for housekeeping to come clean. We waited 3 hours for housekeeping before we gave up and went to bed.

A Wonderful Anniversary Experience at the Hana Maui Resort by Hyatt!! The entire staff at breakfast was great! Since we had an extended stay, we meet and got to know many of the staff at the resort and restaurant. They were very sweet and made us feel like family. All the drivers were very helpful and had great tips on things to do in HANA. In the Art gallery we found extraordinary gifts that helped tremendously with making the visit to Hana and the resort memorable. We had an incredible Anniversary experience and the resort and staff made it possible.

Disappointing visit

Sad experience. The on site restaurant, which had been excellent, was closed and the replacement is down the street, and underwhelming. The concierge gave us bad information (which I’ve never had happen at a hotel before). The staff disappeared when it was time to help us find our room. Still a beautiful place to be, but it’s less than it was on our previous visits. Obvious deferred maintenance.
