Book Premier Inn Handforth accommodation from NZ$106

So close to terminals. Pain for the driver dropping us off, had to wait for us to check in before they would log his reg as a guest drop off.

The room was lovely , the staff helpful

Fantastic stay, all staff were so friendly. Lovely room with a super comfy king size bed. Great choice at breakfast 👌 Will definitely stay again.

Nicely decorated room, some obvious wear and tear!! No amenities to make cup of tea like premier inn or other hotels which is an inconvenience when checking out early. Pillows are rock hard and when i removed from pillowcase it was like an armchair infill folded up and not actually a pillow!! Disappointing to be charged city tax in my own city! Premier inn don’t and you get comfortable pillows and drink making amenities!! Wouldnt book this hotel again!

The self-service check-in process far too longwinded. Had to input all contact details even though the booking was made through Hotels.com. The text informing me of our room number didn’t materialise. A receptionist had to sort this out which negated the self-service check-in process. The “deluxe” double room was basic. The shower was the worst that we’ve ever had at an hotel. At maximum, the temperature was tepid at best. The shower was the overhead type (no flexible hose option) over the bath. A rather dated shower curtain was utilised, rather than a decent glass screen. The hotel was very convenient and the staff were polite. This is a basic hotel at best.

The guy with the short hair and contacts at reception was rude. Didnt want to help with bags and was overall very awkward. However the night shift guy ( European looking) was very generous and helpful.
