Universally first class. The staff were particularly friendly efficient and helpful in all regards. Room was immaculate. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the mini bar. Huge bathroom and unusually spacious room. In a word - faultless.
Enjoyed our stay in this very-conveniently situated hotel. We were able to check-in early after a very long flight, it cost an extra £10 per room but worth it. The staff were friendly, apart from a slightly disgruntled employee at reception who tried to involve us in a separate booking from the night before. My only criticism is the noisy, banging doors that all the rooms seem to have. Soft-closing hinges would make a huge difference.
Position of hotel is perfect. Just a bit noisy but that didn’t bother us.
Breakfast was good- plenty of choice.
Room was spacious and well equipped.
Bed was comfortable, linen clean.
Nice hotel with friendly staff. It is in a noisy part of town and as an older building you can hear a lot from outside. Rooms are nice and great to have kettle & ironing board there for you. Good overall
Nice hotel, convenient location for visiting the nearby Palace theatre. Room was spacious, nice large bathroom. Breakfast good standard, coffee very nice, decent bacon and sausages, what more do you want right?
Bit noisy through the night with music banging until 6am from the club next door though not the hotel's fault.
Arrived early to leave our luggage but the room was ready. We were able to empty our case and have a drink before setting off for the afternoon.
The room had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The bed was comfy and to say we overlooked Portland Street, we slept well.
Can't think of any negatives.
