Beautiful top floor room with a view of the lake. Has mini kitchenette & a fireplace. The only complaint is both neighbours making loud noises moving their chairs on the laminate flooring. They need felt on the bottoms or change chairs.

Every thing was great specially location but the pool and hot tub was closed during our stay and they didn't tell us about it when we booked it. That was one of the reasons we booked this Hotel.

This is a bad experience. I booked two nights, only the first day there was a small outdoor pool, and the next day I was told that the equipment was being repaired. It's family day. There is no electric stove or hot water kettle indoors, only a microwave oven. In short, it is not recommended!

The room was updated and very clean. But one big issue was the noise. It seemed that the guests upstairs where moving the feature all night long. We had a very bad sleep the two night we were there.

The quoted price did not include parking, which was an unexpected surprise—I’ll be sure to read the fine print more carefully in the future. That aside, the hotel was quiet and clean, and the full kitchen setup in the unit was a fantastic bonus. The hot tub’s location facing the parking lot wasn’t ideal, as it felt a bit exposed, but it was still manageable. The hotel’s proximity to numerous eateries was a definite plus.
