This is a run down, under staffed and over rated location. We were catfished by the photos. If I never stay here again it will be too soon. There was no hot water, the queen bed is a double at best - it inconvenient to move you luggage in and out as it’s a long walk to the small elevator without any dollys. Parking is a long walk away

Lovely pools for soaking, rooms were spacious with great view of lake and mountains, staff very helpful. We were a bit disappointed that the adults only hour in the hot pools wasn't enforced, we had been looking forward to soaking in quiet but still many children in pools between 10-11pm.
