Staff was incredible. Rooms were old but well kept. Hot tub pool and sauna were great. The only thing that bothered us was the room smelled smoky often. We did not light a fire in the fireplace

The unit was very comfortable for 4 adults and a dog. Enjoyed the hot tub and easy access to the public transit. Quiet and "what a beautiful view to wake up to every morning!!!"

Mom daughter bay get away.

Mom and daughter get away. My daughter’s 36th birthday. We’ve been here a few times now and really like the rooms especially the one with the loft and of course the hot pool. We were given a welcoming s’mores kit for her bday however the cookies were on the stale side. We traded it in for the wine. Only changes I would recommend is you’re pillows! They are terrible. We brought our own but yours are the size of throw pillows and very thick which would give any one a stiff neck. Also need more counter space in the bathroom or shelving for our toiletries.

Hidden Ridge is close to all the amenities in Banff. Our cabin was only a couple doors up from the hot pools. The location is so beautiful! The pools are great to just sit in and just look at the mountains. There is also a very large sauna beside the pools, so it’s easy to go in and out experiencing both. In the evenings, they have a bonfire beside the pools. Our cabin was perfect for the three of us. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a living room and kitchen, and upstairs in the loft there was two queen beds and a two-piece bathroom. We were tired from the days travel, so got takeout and started the fireplace. The wood was already there and was easy to start. We forgot to buy coffee and tea, so were really happy to see that it was provided with the coffee maker. It’s a really beautiful place to stay, whether you are skiing or just exploring the Banff area.

I found our room to be fairly clean. Parking is not bad and its free for all, theres also parking underground if the lot is full. Hot tub and Sauna is great. The surrounding area of the hotel is fairly nice. Would come back here

Large hot tub and heated pool. Plenty of parking. They even had free firewood for the fireplaces in each unit! Very nice unique touch. Furnishings are a little dated but everything worked and was perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend.

Hidden Ridge was in a great location. Walkable to hiking trails or to town. (They also provided bus passes if you're not the walking type). It was a perfect balance between quiet and close to activities.

I love this place—it’s my power place! The incredible view, swimming pool, hot tub, and soothing sounds create a perfect atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind, and the cozy fireplace room, along with the amazing location, makes everything even better. It’s a true five-star experience!
