Very professional front office staff and location steps to lake . The property needs new pillows as the ones in the room are very uncomfortable. The property is partly under renovation but it’s very good and we would not mind staying their again

To all families travelling with their kids please be mindful of the place you're staying in. As I experienced dissatisfaction, disappointment and had a nightmare during our first night of stay, I didn't sleep the whole night just to make sure my family were okay while they were sleeping, most especially my two kids. The reason was the room where we stayed, which had lots of MOTHS flying in the room, which made me feel worried about my kids, as they were allergic to insects. The bed that I slept on has bed bugs and I got lots of bites in my arms and my body which I showed to the front desk lady in the morning at around 9:45 which I'm expecting to be relayed to his manager but to my disappointment it seems like nothing has been given attention to the manager. I just wanted to give THANKS to one of the front desk ladies who is very accommodating and helpful to us who work in the afternoon. But overall experience in this hotel was a NIGHTMARE because of what I got, I'm already at home but I'm still itching at the moment. Their room was full of MOTHS in their windows and on the carpets, some were dead but mostly were alive. And also the bed has a protruding metal which could cause an accident if you don't pay attention to it. So, PLEASE travellers, make sure that you're safe and choose a hygienic place to stay in. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Shower made awful noise when turned on, AC in room was a window one and did not work well, couldnt close curtain because of AC in window thank goodness they had a fan in the room. Some outlets did not work and a few extention cords in room out in the open. Garbage can in parking area was full and not emptied causung a very bad smell. The best part was a very comfy bed.

First room we checked in to, no AC, had windows on the ground of the hotel floor that opened 8-10", we were on the 4th floor!! My 9yr olds could fit out the window...so I would say if travellimg with children, be aware, check the room first as this was ABSOLUTELY NOT SAFE! We left that room, went to front desk, brought it to their attention, they moved us to 3rd floor room, with a window AC that was being held in the wall by cardboard and duct tape! The electric cord for AC was too short, but they still had it plugged in to the wall, that the electrical mount was now ripped out of said wall! My children are old enough to not go near it and understood it wasnt safe, also to note, same push out window on floor, at least this one only opened 4". The beds were clean, towels were clean, but mirrors, microwave area, NOT! We were there only to sleep, but if we had to spend any more time in there, I wouldve been looking for either different room or another hotel. Price reflects its age, lack of ammenities and disrepair of the hotel. I will not be returning with my children.

The staff were often not present at front desk or would not answer posted contact number. The hallway was incredibly dirty, in disrepair with multiple broken fixtures (lights, walls, doors, windows, etc.) Our room number was written on tape with Sharpie.. Multiple open, unsafe windows on 4th floor in hall and room, with no ability to secure due to air conditioning set up. Fire exit and evacuation map was missing, had been ripped off door and taped on at some point - found it in the wardrobe. Bathroom was disgusting - mould, visible dirt, and water damage to floor and ceiling. No anti-slip shower mat - could not stand in shower without slipping, but could not use bath due to gunk in bath jets and mould. “Continental breakfast” advertised for $15 but hotel cafe was never open during advertised hours. Staff were entering and exiting neighbouring room repeatedly, which was just.. odd? Beds were clean at least and firm, and hotel was walking distance to beach and amenities. It was a last minute booking and a decent price, but would never choose to stay at this hotel again.
