Compare Hotels with Parking in Hillsboro

We have stayed in this hotel a few times now. We like it. The only drawback is that it doesn’t have an elevator. We forgot about this fact when we made the reservation and we always end up on the second floor. The gal at the front desk saw me limping in to check in and felt so bad about putting us on the second floor but they were completely booked. I am happy to say we made it. It was my fault for not remembering the lack of an elevator.

Where to start. The guy that check us in could hardly speak. I finally asked if he u Det stood us and we just got a star. One employee was Argumentative with someone in the parking lot It’s like folks actually live there Dogs that bark 1/2 the night, every night. 1 desk person said they live there. Asked about laundry room told it was on the 4th for, it was but dryer was broken and desk person says “oh had no idea, they don’t tell me things” Plus even if it worked they don’t have change was told we would have to find that else where. My mom complained about the pot smell, it was nightly (we were there 5 nights) It’s a smoke free facility or so they say, guys that does not include pot ! If you can not find the desk clerk they are down the hall in a room, watching TV in dining area or smoking outside. 1 day I left at 6am and could not find anyone later was told that the night guy goes to his room to get a few hours of sleep, now that makes a person feel secure. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Breakfast offered multiple options and was good.

Easy last minute booking clean and comfortable room plenty of parking and competitive pricing. Would highly recommend.

The usual Drury Inn we have come to expect. Everything was great! Note: if booking thru Hotels.com and they have an option for breakfast don’t pay the extra. The hotel staff said that every reservation includes the kickback (drinks and dinner) and breakfast
