We understand that the policy is NO refunds for any reason - we did not ask for a refund. There was a huge storm headed for Cincinnati due to hit 1/5. The news spoke of nothing else. We expected our flight to be canceled (which it was) and felt that our only safe way out was to leave a day early to avoid the storm and attempt to drive home in our rental car. We are seniors and made it clear why we were leaving early and said that we would gladly stay in a different Drury's on 1/4 that was on our route home to SC. The storm was supposed to be severe - yet Drury's stuck with their policy. This is the image they want to project???? We won't be staying here again.

First Timer

First time staying at a Drury property... very impressed! Drury made a basic stay very polished and enjoyable. From the front desk employee, Demetra, to all other employees we interacted with everyone was friendly and helpful.Basic room was clean..in room fridge, microwave and coffee maker was a nice touch!And free breakfast and dinner with comp adult beverages 😎.Will definitely book with Drury again if the opportunity arises!
