Staff was extremely friendly. I didn't see an elevator for the 2nd floor. It would've been nice to have for the cart with all of our stuff. Didn't get a chance to use the pool area but it appeared very clean and well maintained.

Stayed in the Deluxe Suite because I needed access to a refrigerator. The fridge in my suite was not working. The staff immediately moved me to an Executive Suite and made sure the fridge was working there. They bent over backwards to make my stay comfortable. Very impressed with everyone I dealt with! Room and linens were very clean. Got "family" touch with a big hotel feel.

Wont stay again

The service was good, plenty of towels and the room was clean. The room itseld was like going back 30 or 40 years. There was no usb outlets for my electronics. The bed was kind of hard. No vanity in bathroom had to crowd my toiletries on the back of the toilet. Wasnt awful but it certainly did not deserve the 'excellent' rating it was given.
