Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The shower and the heating/ac unit were visibly not clean, no fan in the bathroom, toilet didn't flush well, and one pillow had makeup smears on it.

We booked this hotel at about 10:00 at night, knowing we had to drive about an hour to reach it. So, we arrived about 11:00 PM. The lady at the desk, Kristen, was very pleasant and helpful, and she walked us to our room. We booked the Presidential Suite, so I can't comment on other rooms in the hotel. Let me start by acknowledging that this is a solidly 2-star hotel, so don't expect things like a fitness room, business center, etc. (though there is a nice-looking indoor pool and jacuzzi tub, albeit the jacuzzi was drained). That being said, our room was very clean and HUGE. I think it's listed at 600 sq. ft., but it seemed larger. The room is located off by itself, away from the traffic side of the hotel, so it was very quiet. There are no other rooms near it. It connects to the conference center, but there was no one in there. The king-sized bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, and our son says the queen-sized sofa bed was fine as well. We asked for and received a free double-sized rollaway cot for our daughter, and it was fine. There was certainly plenty of space to set it up. There is a full kitchen and a large dining room table. The bathroom is quite large. We found the breakfast to be standard fare (scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, juices, etc.), and the lady in charge was very nice (a bit brusque in her manner but extremely friendly and helpful). We would definitely stay here again. Price was very reasonable for what we got.

Served its purpose for a one night stay. Hotel is outdated, room was handicapped accessible which was not what I requested had to move chair to use shower. Front desk staff was overly friendly. Standing outside right by entrance smoking, terrible for people who have asthma. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I wasn’t aware that the hotel did not have an elevator. Which made it difficult to carry the multiple bags to room. I thought that the gym was in the hotel as advertised but it was not. The staff had to call other hotel to give me access to their gym, which I had to walk to across parking lot because hotels are not connected.
