Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Very disappointed with this holiday inn.
I have been to many other ones in the past but this was the worst.
The toilet could barely flush and we had to shake the handle because it was always running.
The carpet was wet because the air conditioner kept leaking water on the ground.
The linen and towels were so old that my wife told me these should be used to dry counters not for people.
The breakfast is terrible. Omelets were not fully cooked and pancake maker worked once or twice during breakfast.
Positives
Staff was friendly including check in.
Cleaning or room service came by everyday.
Lots of parking but you need to pay 10 dollars per night so not free.
Easy walking distance to Coligny beach park.
Good location and staff but run down hotel.
I am going to spend some time apologizing to my wife for choosing this hotel. I won't be going there again but if you like the positives then you could give it a try.
