Not a great experience at all! Never again.

The bathroom was not clean and had several strands of hair in the floor. Saturday morning breakfast there was no milk at all. Children were eating cereal without milk. We mentioned to the front desk. The gentleman at the desk was nice but breakfast wasn’t aweful and the other employees when asked for milk shrugged at us.

Bad above a working area so the view was pretty horrendous. The price was OK but the room wasn’t in great shape. You expect better cleanliness, especially From this holiday inn express. You know the funny thing is you can complain all you want but what they really should do is offer you a discount, etc..

customer service was not sincere at all. they put me in a handicap room which i did not book. there was no ice on our floor. the water in shower was not hot. the vent fan in bathroom did not work. the sliding glass door handle broke due to door not functionable. many many other things too but it fell on deaf ears. and when i checked out my receipt was someone elses. and i cant get them on the phone . WONT BE BACK JUST HORRIBLE>>
