We had previously requested an early check in. When we arrived, we were told that our room was not ready. When we asked about early check in, we were told that since we did not pay for the option, it could not be granted. At no point was paying for early check in even given as an option, which we would have happily done.The room was nice with a comfy bed. The shower was faulty. The resort was nice but pretty outdated at some points.the bellmen and valets were quick and kind.

Ugly roof view

We enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed at the view. We paid for Ocean view but what we got was a roof view. Other than the view the room, staff and stay was nice

My overall experience was great. When i arrived i pulled my car to the front for valet parking. One of the attendants tried to make me park my own car as if me saying i wanted valet parking was an inconvenience for him. The rest of the staff was so sweet and polite. I did not let that one person ruin my experience.

The parking signs are not very apparent, and you will get turned around into dead ends that are not clearly marked. Check in is at 4 and when we got there at 4:45 we were told we would have to wait 30 mins because our room was not available. They were telling some people this but not all. I asked to be comped since the room wasn’t ready, and, magically, a room was immediately available. The onsite dining is pretty average. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. They did not restock our wash clothes when they cleaned the room, even though they took the used ones away. It was nice to have the separate pools and nice beach access. The stay was completely average, and I wouldn’t say it was worth the price.

The whole experience was amazing… the beach is gorgeous, all the pools offers a lot of fun for the kids, plenty of options for eat, beautiful room and very clean. I will certainly come back here in the future.
