303 Tennismaster is a beautifully remodeled, dog-friendly villa overlooking the grounds of the Tennismaster Villas complex. You'll enjoy a private porch and multiple balconies!
Tile floors span the entire first floor. The kitchen, which is open to the dining and living rooms, features granite countertops, new cabinetry, and a separate breakfast area with seating for four. The living room offers free WiFi, a flatscreen TV, and access to the porch (where you'll find rocking chairs and a table with seating for four).
The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, a private balcony, and a private bathroom with a custom shower and vanity. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a private balcony, and a remodeled bathroom.
From the Tennismaster Villas, a short walk or bike ride along a landscaped path will bring you to the beach!
The community pool has been closed indefinitely due to local regulations.
Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
