No breakfast….informed us the food delivery did not arrive. They could have at least gone and bought some cereal, muffins, loaf of bread and fruit from the grocery store. Safeway opens at 7am and this was 8:30am. How can a hotel that offers breakfast not even have these basic supplies on hand? Can’t imagine they could run out of everything all at once. Travellers may have picked this hotel over another because breakfast was included.

Fine choice but nothing special

Good sized rooms with work desk and electrical outlets. Large TV but Cable service is limited with no CBC News Network (but has CTV, CNN, Global and City) and not much for movies. The worst part of this property was the crazy and pretty stupid 4 different levels for the 2nd floor, with many stairs. Try to request a room on the 1st floor. Breakfast is standard for these type of properties with unpredictable service to refill food and coffee.
