The hotel was great. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff provided attentive and courteous service throughout. However, I was disappointed by the experience at the reception. Two young women appeared unsure about basic procedures, which caused some confusion. I hope they are new and still in training, as this would explain their lack of preparedness.

Overall very excellent experience

The hotel was very neat n clean with great choice of breakfast. The crew was very friendly and hospitable. Specially Muhammad at front desk and Tippy in the breakfast room. Out of the 6 hotels we stayed for our West-Canada trip this summer, this was the best.

Feels more like a motel than a hotel. Overpriced for what it offers and not worth the cost. The bed sheets were ripped, there were bugs, and the AC was so loud I could hardly sleep. If you’re vegetarian, breakfast options are very limited
