Hotel was awesome. Service was amazing. Isabella the FD staff provided excellent service. 5 star rating. Room interior is modern and surroundings are clean. Beds are comfy. Windows are wide and allow natural light to radiate in the room. Lovely stay I must say.

Really great stay at this hotel. Large rooms, comfy bed, and nice bedding. We did not try the attached Korean food restaurant but it has great reviews. We did have drinks at the lounge right next door, which was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, both the property and service are excellent, thank you Isabella for the smooth check-in and extension process. The renovated rooms is the reason why we extended our stay, it was decent and exceeded our expectations. However, I think they need to improve on their washroom, particularly the water pressure on their showers and lighting.

the hotel was kept clean and maintenance seemed up to date, HOWEVER terrible service. the original price was 60 dollars but upon arrival we were given a new price of one hundred dollars having no other options we agreed to the new price and carried on with our day. night fell and me and my friend decided to go to sleep, awaken by a blaring alarm the phone was ringing we decided to ignore it as it was late and we had just been woken up however these calls persisted. it was the front desk asking us to get out of bed and come to the front desk to sign papers and fix THEIR own mistake we persuaded them into letting us wait until the morning. arriving at the front desk around 8 am we talked to the concierge who explained they had mixed our rooms up with another client and thus the prices we then expected to be compensated the proper money they agreed saying we would get our hundred dollars refunded then pay the due sixty dollars. however when looking at my bank account I realized they did not take back the hundred dollar payment. I then spent the better half of an hour proving that I had payed however the lady at the front desk was incredible stubborn and unwilling to give me back my one hundred dollars. in all it was quite a hassle and felt as thought they were trying to scam me out of my own money

This is my second time staying with Coast since I had a great experience last time when I travelled to Jasper. However, the room was not as great as last time due to its location. This time we were assigned to a room that is very close to the reception area and I could always hear people walking by and making noises. Also, I constantly heard some ticking sound in one of the corner in my room which was quite annoying. It was loud enough to wake me up from my sleep. The last thing I was not so satisfied about my room was the broken bathtub plug. It was not functioning well and I had to keep the water running during my bath time to maintain the water level. Last but not least, the dining room photo is deceiving as they show a picture with waffle machine. In fact that waffle machine never existed, not in my first time nor this time. Other than that my stay was decent with this value. Just don’t expect too much.

The best night on our trip! Very clean, well kept and a fabulous price!!! The staff were helpful, kind and always ready with a smile! I've stayed in many places that are triple the cost and a quarter of the comfort. This find was a great deal and a fabulous experience!! We will be back!

Place was clean. Did have an issue with heat in first room but staff did accommodate and relocated us to a new room. Nice to have a microwave and fridge in room. Continental breakfast was ok (Typical continental breakfast). Good coffee.
