Our stay at Velora Hinton was truly amazing! The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff were kind, helpful, and professional , always ready to assist and ensure a comfortable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Hinton. However, we did have one disappointing experience during breakfast. While most of the team was accommodating, the breakfast supervisor on one of the mornings (an East Asian lady) was unhelpful and dismissive of our request to take breakfast to our room for a child with special needs. The previous day, another staff member had kindly understood the situation and assisted us without any issue. We hope the management can ensure more consistent compassion and flexibility in such situations.

It was ok in food.we had 4 room for 2 days.1st day in room 211 water was cold and my mother took shower and was shivering. And another room in bathroom the door had hole in back.just needed to keep clean in lift stape in mat pad carpet. Front desk service girl was so nice in service.Both girl's deserve the raise. .

The place itself is clean and nice. The bed was terrible unless you like wood beds. No lamps next to bed so you have to try to get to bed without stubbing your toe in the dark. Air conditioner was so loud!!! The free breakfast in morning is top notch!! Probably the best we have had.
