I stayed at this hotel over the long weekend and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience — especially considering the price. We paid just under $500 for one night, which felt extremely overpriced for what we received. The room itself was clean, but the beds were old and uncomfortable. Our window faced the front of the property, where the view was piles of garbage and wooden pallets — not exactly what you expect from a hotel at this price point. Mosquitoes were a huge issue, especially around the patio and hot tub area, and the hotel provided nothing to help keep them away. This made it hard to enjoy the outdoor amenities we were looking forward to. We also ate at the on-site restaurant and were shocked to pay nearly $60 for “cake in a jar.” There were no photos on the menu, and if we had known what we were getting, we definitely wouldn’t have ordered it. The presentation was disappointing and the taste didn’t make up for the cost. Now that the weekend is over, I noticed the same room is priced under $200 and even at that rate, I personally wouldn’t stay here again. Overall, it was not worth the money or the experience

Needs refreshing

Property definitely needs refreshing (peeling paint, worn through upholstery, etc.). Garbage has been overflowing at the outside entrance and the grounds uncared for the last couple of visits. However, rooms are generally clean and the breakfast was good.

Check in was terrible , the lady that was working that day was rude, told us we were too early that we had to go away for an hour. I did not think 230 was to early. When we came back there was a different person at front desk and they were excellent! We had a problem with our t v and they came up immediately and fixed it. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable

Property grounds aren't well kept. Location was good. People above us were loud until after 130am. Someone parked outside our room window, playing loud music during the night for about 45 minutes. Terrible night overall.

Just came from a lot of rain in Jasper, first Hotel when arriving in Hinton. Quick check in to a nice clean room. A few minutes to clean up and walked across the parking lot to Mr Mikes for a good meal.
