room cancellation without notice on first day coz we cannot be reach on d fone (jasper np has no signal) flies inside the room on check in! they gave us a swapper to kill the flies! room was not cleaned even after requesting; the worst hotel stay ive had and i have been lots of countries/hotels! very disappointing!

Nobody was at check in at reception had to call them and wait for 10 minutes, bad was listed as queen but it was double, there was a long hair and dirty spots on bedsheet, pillows were dirty with yellow marks, tiles around the jacuzzi tub were broken, lights were broken, coffee things were soaked as there was water in the tray, hard pillows
Ethernet wires were everywhere on the ground around bed and garbage was stuck there.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. While the staff was courteous, the room itself lacked amenities and felt quite dated. It was also very dark, with little to no natural light, which made the space feel less inviting. One of the main challenges during my stay was the noise. I could hear frequent disturbances from the room above, including loud conversations, children running, and water being turned on and off repeatedly even during the early hours of the morning, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I believe this hotel has potential with some updates and improved sound insulation. However, at this time, I would hesitate to recommend it to travelers seeking a restful and comfortable stay.

Horrible stay. No water, then only cold dirty water. Was told I would be refunded 50% since I had no water….would have rather stayed anywhere else & paid full price. Yet still haven’t received the 50% refund promised. This is a horrible run down motel…don’t waste your time here.

Comfy hotel

The check in guy was so awesome , very quick and great service! The only concern that was completely irritating that there wifi kept shutting off , no service. I told them they should get star link. Other then the wifi. I highly recommend Baymont Hotel, absolutely supberb!

Old motel rebadged as a Baymont. Remodel was done in very cheap manner. Bathroom fixtures could use replacing. Overall it was fine.

Not clean or helpful

No one around to check us in…. We were at the front desk for 25 min, calling the phone and ringing the bell… no one around… we left and came back after we were finally able to have someone answer the phone…. Bugs in the room and a broken bathroom door…. Garbage on the floor by the table and no one looking after breakfast room in the morning…. The garbage can was overflowing causing garbage on the floor
