I absolutely loved my stay! My transfer from the airport to the hotel was seamless. Someone was waiting for me right outside the doors when I walked out of the terminal. The property itself is awesome! There’s even a Starbucks in the lobby. They have a beautiful sky bar restaurant with an incredible view and a pool. The fix is great! I highly.highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay there again! There is also a park in walking distance where people are out playing games and exercising. Loved it!!!

Disappointing staying@ Ibis Hotel Not Recommended

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The only reason we chose it was because we were in Saigon for a one-night transit stay and needed somewhere close to the airport. The hotel offered a shuttle service, but our experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival at the airport, the staff member who was supposed to pick us up was rude and unprofessional. We were told to wait a few minutes while he checked for other guests, but after waiting for 10 minutes, we were the only ones in the shuttle. He then escorted us to another terminal and left us there to wait for the bus. Additionally, he only helped with one small suitcase, while my 77-year-old husband was left to carry the larger suitcase. When we asked for more assistance, the staff member simply stated that he had “only two hands” and couldn’t help with the bigger piece. Once we arrived at the hotel, the check-in staff was indifferent to our experience, showing no empathy or concern for the inconvenience we had just gone through. The hotel itself is outdated, with chipped and scratched walls, which gave it an overall neglected feel. The room was okay, but the shower had drainage issues and the water drained very slowly, which was unpleasant. In the morning, we had a 5:00 a.m. shuttle to the airport, but when we went down to the lobby, we found no lights, no AC, and a group of about 10 guests waiting. We eventually discovered that the driver was outside, sitting on a flowerbed smoking. He was not in uniform and did no

We just stayed over for a night time layover and it was excellent. Quiet, comfortable and convenient with the shuttle service to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend.

My room was a 2room suite with sitting room , bedroom and two bathrooms. It was quiet and secure. Staff communicated well. Shuttle from airport was great. Rooftop pool with bar, restaurant, health club, steam room. View of airport from rooftop. Breakfast is included. Although it is close to airport there is little noise from plane take off and landings. Would definitely stay again.

A typical airport property with average accomodations. The service inthe restaurant between rush hours was poor...the food average...but for tired travelers it worked out fine. There is a Starbucks in the lobby if you love coffee like I do. The shuttle in the early morning was crowded and almost overfilled. It only runs once every half hour so don't be late. The rooms are small and the area is crowded as is most of Ho Chi Mihn City. The shuttle was a good option to avoid the traffic...at least they knew where they were going.
