Dinner in the Turquoise Room was excellent. The staff made lovely accommodations for us, as we are traveling with a small dog. The music in the lobby was also beautiful. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely beautiful property in every way! Very comfortable accommodations. Lovely outdoor areas to sit & visit. Reception staff at desk kindly asked me to wait while taking a phone call, then helped another guest to check in before me. Might take your own pillows in; plentiful pillows in room are very soft.

Nostalgic, eclectic hotel with tons of history. Art work thru out the hotel is fabulous! There is a wall of who’s who of people that have stayed there. So many cool and intimate conversation areas. If you are in this area or passing thru this is an absolute must.

Route 66 must

The hotel is beautiful but needs some new love. We really enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel and place. I do believe it’s a great stop for Route 66 travelers!! Definitely would recommend. Our only complaint was a rollaway bed was stored directly in front of our room. When you pay $200 a night that is unacceptable. When asked to have it removed we were met with opposition and it was an uncomfortable conversation and unresolved. When we returned from dinner the bed had been moved. Personally there was absolutely no need to make your guests feel the way the front desk did.
